Mentoring

Phoenix is often told by attendees of its marketing courses that senior and experienced employees at companies are generally too busy to have time to spend mentoring and teaching new staff about marketing.  Phoenix also recognizes that just attending its 1, 2 or 3-day marketing courses will not necessarily provide these new marketing and/or support staff with everything they need to know, nor will they absorb and fully understand all of the material covered.

Phoenix provides a Mentoring Service to anyone wishing to have ongoing coaching on any marketing topic.  Clients can choose how often they wish to meet, generally once per month or once per quarter for 1-2 hours. 

The Mentoring Service is also an ideal way for senior executives to stay current with marketing trends and issues, as well as received one-on-one instruction on more advanced topics such as price risk management.
